EVENT MARKETING
Leading Design
Leading Design is an international community, facilitated by the design transformation consultancy Clearleft. They nurture design leadership through inspiring and engaging events, conferences and retreats.
With the aim of growing the Leading Design community and selling event tickets, I worked with the Clearleft marketing and events team in 2023 and 2024 to produce marketing content for social media, blogs and newsletters. This involved promoting Leading Design speakers, finding creative ways to showcase the events, and create engaging content for the design leadership audience. I also created a ‘Curated Links’ newsletter, selecting articles, books and podcasts for a fortnightly community mailer.

Live Event Marketing
In addition to marketing the Leading Design conferences, events and retreats, I also attended Leading Design London 2022 and 2023 at the Barbican Centre to deliver live on-site marketing support. This involved live-tweeting the talks, capturing images and footage for Instagram, and working with the audio visual team to collect participant vox pops.
